These terms apply to VIC-AIR at agenticice.dev, run by Agentic I.C.E. By using the app you agree to them.

What VIC-AIR is

VIC-AIR shows aircraft positions from public, community-run ADS-B receiver networks (adsb.lol and adsb.fi). It is an independent hobby and information tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Victoria Police, Air Wing, or any government agency. "POL" refers to the callsigns aircraft broadcast publicly.

No guarantees

• Positions can be delayed, wrong or missing. Some aircraft do not broadcast or are not picked up. Takeoff and nearby alerts can be late or not arrive at all.
• Do not use VIC-AIR for navigation, safety or emergency decisions, or anything where wrong or missing data could cause harm. In an emergency call 000.
• The app is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop it, or any feature, at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to interfere with, obstruct or put at risk police, emergency services or aircraft operations, or to break any law.
• Community reports must be honest and about what you can see. No false, abusive or personal information. We may remove reports or accounts that break these rules.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape or break the service or other people's accounts.

Accounts and plans

Accounts are free. Plus is not on sale yet, and no payments are taken. Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from the Menu.

Aircraft data: adsb.lol (ODbL) and adsb.fi. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, served by OpenFreeMap. How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
